Looking after your wellbeing and mental health during the coronavirus crisis

The Trust doesn’t provide support services directly, but we are very aware of the impact that this difficult period is having on everyones’ lives and particularly our wellbeing and mental health.

So we have looked at some the best advice that has been issued over recent days and wanted to signpost you to these websites and resources, which we hope are helpful: Students Minds; Public Health England; Mind; BBC News Page.

Everyone needs to protect their own mental health and it’s really important to look after yourself through these challenging and uncertain times. Sometimes we may feel ok, but at others, perhaps, not quite coping and I hope that the advice and ideas on these pages will really help you get through any rough patches.
